Please be prepared to provide some proof of where and when you purchased your product and help us to understand the defect so that we can strive for better quality in the future. Upon review and approval, we will promptly send you a replacement at no charge.

These are the third set of Lay Trays. Well made, good size for Dinner Plates. The other three lap trays were very poorly made and small in size, would not hold Dinner Plate, typical for Amazon cheap Asian made junk. We have to stop buying that junk.

Great customer service and product!! I received this tray in a set of two trays and a basket that holds them as a housewarming gift. The items are clearly all of a good quality. Unfortunately, one of the trays was broken upon receipt. I knew it was purchased from Amazon, but I did not want to ask the person who gave it to me to return it. I contacted RosieHome and they replaced it for me, no questions asked. It’s a small thing, but I just didn’t want to bother my friend and return it. I greatly appreciated the customer service and will recommend both the company and the item to everyone!

I love the fact that you can take it apart, take the stuffing out, and clean the pillow cover. I just wish it was a little bit bigger. Other than that it’s perfect!
